Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Guest Cancellation:

Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date. We are not liable for any other costs incurred by the guest.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be considered a "no-show," and the full payment will be forfeited.

Safety: All guests must follow the instructions of our tour guides and staff for their safety.

Health and Fitness: Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically fit enough to participate in the tours.

Limitation of Liability: The company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during the stay or while participating in tours. Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.
Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their stay or activities.
